The central mission of the CIRD is to collect, organize, and analyze institutional data and other data to support institutional management, operations, decision-making, and planning functions.

The goal of CIRD is to provide credible data on assessment of learning outcomes and sustainability to be used in teaching and research as well as in institutional operations and administration.
